The gist of the Complaint : Translated from Marathi to English on best effort basis.
The Complainant, aged 19yrs, resides at the above mentioned address since his birth, with his family. The Complainant is studying B.Sc. IT. first year at Maharashtra College. The Complainant‘s father Saeed Abdul Wahid Shaikh age 47 years, works as graphic designer in dadar , out of his income the livelihood is being earned for the family.
As the complainant is currently doing his education online through a mobile phone, his father bought him a Redmi note 10 pro, a xiaomi mobile handset for Rs. 16,000/- in July-2021 from the shop “Sai collection” at Nagpada and the complainant was using it with Airtel Company SIM card no. 8828457653.
On 04/06/2022 , educational programs are organized for the children at Hameed Building in front of Kalapani Ahle Adis Masjid ( held every Saturday), the complainant was returning by attending the program at 22.30 hrs. along with his friend Abdul Rahman Shaikh by walking on Y. M. C. A. Road . They sat at the above mentioned place for some time and were chatting, when one person came from behind on a motorcycle/ scooter namely Access 125 red color scooter and took the complainant’s mobile and ran away . As per complainant , the said accused person on Access 125 red color scooter, was in blue jeans pant and white Tshirt, approx 24 years & height 5.5 feet , having black hair. The complainant said that will recognize his belongings and that person if found. The Complainant was very scared because of what happened with him and also wanted to inform the mobile company about the theft .
The Complainant was then convinced that some unknown person(s’) had forcibly stolen his used mobile phone. The description of the stolen item is as follows.

Police Registered the case and took up the investigation The case is being investigated by the Police officer namely Mr. Yogendra Pache.
The Complainant’s statement was recorded in Marathi ( gave copy of the same to him) and it was explained to him in Hindi and he confirmed the same.
