The gist of the Complaint : Translated from Marathi to English on best effort basis.

The Complainant, aged 37yrs, resides at the above mentioned address since 6 yrs.  The Complainant’s parents are living at Marul Haveli, Patan, Dist. Satara  The Complainant working in admin department Y M Infra Pvt Ltd, company at Nariman Point Mumbai, Out of such income, his livelihood is earned.

On June 2019 the Complainant was gifted an iPhone 7 Plus Red color by his boss for his good work. The said mobile phone was used with Airtel Sim card by him for private use.   The Complainant’s working time is 10.00 am to 07.00 pm. On 19/06/2022 the Complainant slept at home till late as it was holiday. At 09.45 am After the morning rituals he came back home. At that time, he opened the door of the house without closing it and went to sleep by keeping the said mobile phone and wallet next to his pillow. Around 11.00 am. When the Complainant woke up around and searched for his mobile phone but it was not found , thereafter  he checked his wallet and found no money in it.

The Complainant was then convinced that some unknown person(s’) had opened the door of the house & stolen his mobile & money of Rs.37000 in total . The description of the stolen item is as follows.

Police Registered the case and took up the investigation The case is being investigated by the Police officer namely Mr. Yogendra Pache.

The Complainant’s statement was recorded in Marathi ( gave copy of the same to him) and it was explained to him in Hindi  and he confirmed the same.
