The gist of the Complaint : Translated from Marathi to English on best effort basis.
The Complainant, aged 32 yrs, works as domestic worker & resides at the above mentioned address since 1 yrs, said house belongs to Shahbaz Ibrahim Sopariwala. The Complainant’s husband is working in foreign state-Saudi Arab, while her two daughters and one son was living with her mother Gulnisa Khatun aged 60 years at Mohanpali, Rajoli, Post Kelwahi, District Madhubani ,State Bihar.
As elder daughter Salia is not listening to anything of her grandmother so the complainant asked her to come to her place at Mumbai , who then come to stay with her in Mumbai , about 02 months ago.
On 10/07/2022 around noon, the complainant was doing housework in said house, while Salia was in the house. Around 12.30 pm , her daughter left the house without telling anyone in the house, after the complainant finished her work she called Salia but no reply was given , so the complainant tried to find her in the house and then searched for her in the parking lot of the building and in the outside area. As she was nowhere to be found, the complainant waited for her for a long time and also searched with relatives in the area, but as there was no trace of her, the complainant was then convinced that her daughter Salia Sadre Alam had been tricked and abducted by some unknown person from her legal guardian. He has come to the police station to file a complaint. The description of the girl who was abducted from my legal custody is as follows: Name Saliya Sadre Alam Shaikh 17 years, fair complexion, height approx 5 feet, slim build, hair brown & black long, blue chudidar with pink flowers.
Police Registered the case and took up the investigation The case is being investigated by the Police officer namely Mr. Yogendra Pache.
The Complainant’s statement was recorded in Marathi ( gave copy of the same to him) and it was explained to him in Hindi and he confirmed the same.
