The gist of the Complaint : Translated from Marathi to English on best effort basis.
The Complainant, aged 21 yrs, resides at the above mentioned address since 3 months, with husband brother Mohd Ibran aged 11 years.. The Complainant works in bag making factory , his income supports their livelihood. Their parents are living in native village: Sekh Toli Laukhan Thana
The Complainant’s brother ibaran is studying Urdu at Masjid e Quba, Kalapani, Agripada, Mumbai. , who used to play with his friends at Zhula Maidan everyday and coming back home after playing. On 23/12/2022 around 19.00 hrs Complainant’s brother told him that he is going to play with his friend at Zhula Maidan, at that time the Complainant was working in a factory. But as his brother did not come back home even till 22.00 hrs, the Complainant went to Jhula Maidan to see him, as he was not found , the Complainant searched for his brother elsewhere in the Jhula Maidan area. , and also asked his relatives about his brother, searched the area where his brother lives and the surrounding area as well as relatives but he could not be found thus the complainant was convinced that his brother is lured and abducted from his legal custody by unknown person, and thus came to police station to file a complaint.
The description is as follows: Mo. Ibaran Md. Barkat Shaikh, age 11 years, fair complexion, slim build, height 4 feet approx, wearing blue T- shirt, blue jeans pants, red sandal on feet Addiction- gutkha, cigarettes, smoking ganja.
Police Registered the case and took up the investigation. The case is being investigated by the Police officer namely Mr. Yogendra Pache.
The Complainant’s statement was recorded in Marathi ( gave copy of the same to him) and it was explained to him in Hindi and he confirmed the same.
