The gist of the Complaint : Translated from Marathi to English on best effort basis.
The Complainant, aged 41 yrs, resides at the above mentioned address since 1 month, with sister Zaiba, age 18 years, four daughters Sarhat Parveen Usa Muskan, and son Mohd Faizan age 9. The Complainant’s native place is Sakari Dapetar Tola, Sakri, Madhubani, Bihar 847239. Both Istiaq and the complainant doing housework in Mumbai, whereas her husband does labour job in delhi , out of said income, they earn their livelihood . The Complainant & her sister Zaiba works in flats of Al Rayyan Society .
The Complainant went out for housework as usual, her daughter Muskan also came with her at Al Rayyan Society. At around 06.00 pm, after finishing the work in flat No-1301, but as Tabassum madam in 1301 was suffering from back pain, she requested Muskan to stay for help till 8.00pm thus the Complainant left leaving Muskan there, for another housework. The Complainant told Tabassum madam not to let Muskan go alone until she comes Back. The Complainant after doing the house work, came to her house & slept for some time, woke up at 10.00 pm , immediately called Tabassumji and told that she is coming to take Muskan, but Tabassumji told her that Muskan was left for home at 08.00 pm. The Complainant ,and her sister and brother searched for Muskan for a long time in the surrounding area as she was nowhere to be found so they inquired with the acquaintances of the area but she was not found , thus the complainant was convinced that her daughter is lured and abducted from his legal custody by unknown person, and thus came to police station to file a complaint.
The description of the boy who was abducted from legal custody is as follows: Sarhat Parveen alias Muskan Sabir 15 years, fair complexion, height approx 4.6 feet, slim build, hair black long, blue salwar.
Police Registered the case and took up the investigation The case is being investigated by the Police officer namely Mr. Yogendra Pache.
The Complainant’s statement was recorded in Marathi ( gave copy of the same to him) and it was explained to him in Hindi and he confirmed the same.
