The gist of the Complaint : Translated from Marathi to English on best effort basis.
The Complainant, aged 27 yrs, resides at the above mentioned address since 4 month, with husband Ummesh age 32 years, son Akjar Hussain age 12 years. The both husband & wife works as construction laborer , their son Akjar Hussain is studying in 7th standard in Municipal School, at Lal Maidan, Agripada. Since 16/10/2022, Aksar was at home due to school holidays. On 24/10/2022 around 07.00 AM the complainant went to Classic Tower to do her labour work as usual. Akjar was at home with his father. around 06.00 pm. Complainant came home, at that time Akjar was sitting at home playing mobile and her husband Umesh also came home from work just before some time. As her husband Umesh asked Akjar to do study and leave mobile , as Akjar use mobile all day without studying . Akjar did not listen and angrily left without wearing slippers around 8.00 at night. , as he did not came home even after 1 hour , they searched him at all nearby places but he was not found thus the complainant was convinced that her son is lured and abducted from her legal custody by unknown person, and thus came to police station to file a complaint.
The description of the boy who was abducted from legal custody is as follows: Akjar Hussain age 12 years, wheatish complexion, height approx 4 feet, slim build, hair black, wearing red blue t shirt, brown pant.
Police Registered the case and took up the investigation The case is being investigated by the Police officer namely Mr. Yogendra Pache.
The Complainant’s statement was recorded in Marathi ( gave copy of the same to him) and it was explained to him in Hindi and he confirmed the same.
