The gist of the Complaint : Translated from Marathi to English on best effort basis.

The Complainant, aged 43, resides at the above mentioned address with his family.  The Complainant is working as Deputy Manager in Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited, a government telecommunication company in the office at RB Chandorkar Marg, b/h Agripada Police Station, out of said income, the livelihood is being earned for the family. 

On 14/11/2022, as  part of office work project,  2400 pairs of copper armored telephone cable of 15 meters length was laid underground beside road at Cyrus Avenue Road, Motlibai Street Junction, near Baby Garden, Agripada Mumbai

The Part of such wire laid underground was on the ground, thus workers had put soil on it to hide the same. On 03/12/2022 the Complainant around 02:00 pm checked for it , and saw its in good condition. Then on 06/12/2022 at around 02:00 pm, the Complainant went to the said place along with Mr. Rajkumar Yadav and Bilal who are working on contract for MTNL, where they  found that 5 meter long cable from the said 15 meter cable was stolen by cutting it from the rest of the cable.

The Complainant was then convinced that some unknown person(s’) had stolen copper wire of the following description, thus have came to the police station to file a complaint;

  The Complainant confirmed that he will be able to identify the said vehicle from others.

Police Registered the case and took up the investigation The case is being investigated by the Police  officer namely Mr. Yogendra Pache.

The Complainant’s statement was recorded in Marathi ( gave copy of the same to him) and it was explained to him in Hindi  and he confirmed the same.
