The gist of the Complaint : Translated from Marathi to English on best effort basis.
The Complainant, aged 24, resides at the above mentioned address since 12 yrs, with his family, i.e his father Sanjay age 51 years, Mother Archana age 45 years and the grandparents. The Complainant works as photographer, out of the said business the livelihood is being earned for the family.
The Complainant have bought iPhone 13 Pro for his personal use in March 2022, and uses Jio company’s SIM card number 8108147870 was activated in it. On 27/08/2022 around 13.00 hours, the Complainant and his friend Ashutosh Kakade, Viki Repote went to N M Joshi Marg for darshan as well as to shoot photos of Shri Chintamani Ganapati. At the time of Ganapati’s arrival, there was a huge crowd, so at that time the Complainant kept his mobile above-mentioned phone safely in the lower pocket of his pant. After seeing the Arrival of Chitamani Ganapati at 14.00 hrs. due to the crowd, his friends went ahead with the camera and the Complainant stayed behind with the camera cover bag, where some people in the crowd pushed the Complainant. Then around 14.30 hours when the Complainant looked for his mobile phone in the pocket of his pant, he could not find the said mobile , therefore he looked around for his mobile but couldn’t find it. the Complainant asked some of the people there about his mobile phone but he didn’t received any information. the Complainant was then convinced that some unknown person(s’) had stolen his mobile phone of the following description, thus have came to the police station to file a complaint;

Police Registered the case and took up the investigation The case is being investigated by the Police officer namely Mr. Yogendra Pache.
The Complainant’s statement was recorded in Marathi ( gave copy of the same to him) and it was explained to him in Hindi and he confirmed the same.
