The gist of the Complaint : Translated from Marathi to English on best effort basis.
The Complainant, aged 48, resides at the above mentioned address since 3yrs with wife- Dr. Shabina Shoaib Ahmed Ansari, age 42 years , two daughters Lashira age-17 years, Dania age 14 yrs. The Complainant is a dentist and his wife is a professor, out of their said professional income, the livelihood is being earned for the family.
In the year 2014, the Complainant purchased Motorcycle Hero Honda Activa 110 cc (MH-01 AW-5934), in his wife’s name, for her personal use. The Complainant’s clinic ‘Unique Dental Care’ is at shop no. 2. Unique Plaza, b. J. Marg, Hans Road, Byculla (W), Mumbai 11. The Complainant and his wife use said motor scooter for local use. On 06/06/2022 at around 10:40 AM the Complainant parked his Motor Scooter Opposite Unique Plaza, B. J. Marg, Hans Road, Byculla (W), and went home. Then around 11.30 am when he came out for work, he saw his motor scooter parked at the above mentioned place. Then at about 03.45 PM when he came to take his Motor Scooter he did not see it. The Complainant looked around the parking area But he could not find any useful information regarding his motor scooter. After that The Complainant visited Nagpada transport dept, E Division at BMC and also other places in Agripada But his motor scooter was not found.
The Complainant was then convinced that some unknown person(s’) had stolen Motorcycle in his possession, of the following description, thus have came to the police station to file a complaint;

The Complainant confirmed that he will be able to identify the said vehicle from others.
Police Registered the case and took up the investigation The case is being investigated by the Police officer namely Mr. Yogendra Pache.
The Complainant’s statement was recorded in Marathi ( gave copy of the same to him) and it was explained to him in Hindi and he confirmed the same.
