The gist of the Complaint : Translated from Marathi to English on best effort basis.

The Complainant, aged 41 yrs, resides at the above mentioned address since 8 yrs with her husband Anil Chairsia, age 47 class, daughter Cheshta age-09 years, son Om, age 16 years. The Complainant’s  works as a share market trader , on such income livelihood is being earned.   

On 17/06/2022, at around 08.45 am , the complainant was going with her motor scooter (MH 01 CG 1556) from KK Road to Shireen Talkies Lane , coming back after she dropped her daughter at school in Mazgaon, when the complainant saw taxi (MH 03 AT 2305) carelessly coming from Nair Road to Mahalakshmi Bridge, whose driver was not paying attention to the scooter, carelessly took a left turn hit her motorcycle at front right tire, because of that her motorcycle fell on the road with the complainant, which gave her grievous injuries on left hand  and to her fingers. When the complainant tried to stop the said taxi driver, he ran away without stopping the Taxi/Car, After that the complainant went to Nair Hospital Mumbai and treated her hand. Thus have come to the police station to file a complaint against the said taxi driver, for driving the vehicle recklessly at high speed, which resulted in the accident with her scooter , giving her grievous injuries on left hand  and to her fingers  .

The Complainant’s statement was recorded in Marathi and it was explained to him in Hindi and he confirmed the same.
