The gist of the Complaint : Translated from Marathi to English on best effort basis.

The Complainant, aged 60 yrs, resides at the above mentioned address with his wife- Yasmeen, age 54 years, two children- Haji, age 26 years and Rafiq age 24 years.  The Complainant is doing housekeeping work at Pirbhai Mansion at Madanpura , his elder son works as a Painter and younger son works as a delivery boy. , on such income livelihood is being earned for family.   

The Complainant  always leave home around 10:00 am and come to work at Madanpura, Agripada, Mumbai by BEST BUS everyday and also take bus home from BEST bus stop opposite Nair Hospital around 04:00 pm. on 06/10/2022 in the morning he came to work at Madanpura as usual. around 02:30 PM they left early. The complainant  reached the best bus stop in front of Nair Hospital around 02:30 PM , around 02:45 PM. Bus having route no. 82 came, while trying to board it, complainant grabbed the door of the bus, at the same time Best bus driver started the bus and closed the automatic door of the moving bus. So the complainant fell down and the back sheet of the left side of the bus hit his left hand due to which the skin of the left hand was completely cut off. Also the left rear wheel of the bus ran over his left leg causing a major injury to it. After that the bus driver stopped the bus as people shouted. And after calling the police at the said place, the complainant was admitted to the Nair hospital from the police van. Meanwhile, before taking to the doctor, the bus driver details was asked , his name as Prashant Prakash Damre, age 34 years , bus no. MH 01 DR 3760.

Therefore the complainant have  come to the police station to file a complaint against the motor car driver who caused the accident by driving his motor car recklessly and carelessly, causing severe injury to his left leg.  

The Complainant’s statement was recorded in Marathi and it was explained to him in Hindi and he confirmed the same.
