The gist of the Complaint : Translated from Marathi to English on best effort basis.

The Complainant, aged 48, resides at the above mentioned address since 5 years with his family. The Complainant has business of clothing laundry (Dhobhi) at dhobhi ghat,  out of said income, the livelihood is being earned for the family. 

On 03/08/2012, the Complainant purchased one Hero Honda Activa Motorcycle / Scooter  (MH-01 BE-9730 )  in white color for his daily use from his own income. The Complainant used to daily park his Activa Motorcycle after coming from work at Sane Guruji Road, Satarasta, Jacob Circle, Mumbai 11 below the building where he live.

On 30/11/2022,  at around  21.45 hrs, the Complainant parked his Hero Honda Activa as usual under his residential building. Then on 01/12/2022 when the Complainant left for his work at around 08.00 hrs and came down at his parking usual place, but he could not find the scooter, thus he searched for it elsewhere but it was not found. The Complainant and his family members searched the entire area but it was not found.  The Complainant was then convinced that some unknown person(s’) had stolen Motorcycle in his possession, of the following description, thus have came to the police station to file a complaint;

 The Complainant confirmed that he will be able to identify the said vehicle from others.

Police Registered the case and took up the investigation The case is being investigated by the Police  officer namely Mr. Yogendra Pache.

The Complainant’s statement was recorded in Marathi ( gave copy of the same to him) and it was explained to him in Hindi  and he confirmed the same.
