The gist of the Complaint : Translated from Marathi to English on best effort basis.

The Complainant, aged 58 Years, resides with family at the above-mentioned address since january 2022.

The Complainant working in the post of (Assistant Chief Inspector) in “E” Ward of Krinhmumbai Municipal Corporation  . The Complainant’s Son also employed in private firm, from these incomes livelihhod is earned for the family.

The Complainant informed that on 13/06/1999, the accused woman submitted an affidavit stating that she is bachelor, to get a job as Khada Badli Kamgar in municipality and  got the job, on 01/08/2004 accused Jaya Trikam Parmar was appointed as Administrator on permanent basis.

 The accused got the job in this post when the eligibility to get the job as per mumbai Municipal Corporation Rule C 03 (1) and 3(2) of the Service (Conduct) Rules, 1999 provides that if a girl child has been married at the time of making application , she is not eligible to claim benefits given under said rules .  It was found that she has submitted a false affidavit concealing her marriage.

Mr. Mahesh Nanji Sumra , Working in Solid Waste Department, B. M. C. Mumbai , therefore  filed complaint application against such employee, Pursuant to the said application, Mrs. Devendra Makwana, the mother of the respondent, Mrs. Ratan Trikam Parmar, the husband of the respondent was called to the office and for seeking detailed answer regarding the said application, their answer was recorded which found as inadequate  

Mr Hakare (Deputy Chief Officer) conducted a preliminary inquiry on the said application in our office and verified the documents which the applicant had attached with the application and the job in Municipality , and submitted his report to Hon. Dr. Sangita Hassanale, Deputy Commissioner (Solid Waste Department). After verifying the said preliminary examination report, Deputy Commissioner of Solid Waste Department held that Ms. Jaya Trikam Parmar alias Jaya Devandra Makwana,  on the basis of forged/bogus document got appointed  in the place of ex-employee Smt. Ratna Trikam Parmar Safai Kamgar E (Solid Waste Department ) on the basis of right of inheritance, and asked Chief Engineer (SWD) to file a criminal case against him in the concerned police station

Police Registered the case and took up the investigation The case is being investigated by the Police  officer namely Mr. Yogendra Pache.

The Complainant’s statement was recorded in Marathi ( gave copy of the same to him) and it was explained to him in Hindi  and he confirmed the same.
