The gist of the Complaint : Translated from Marathi to English on best effort basis.
The Complainant, aged 26, resides at the above mentioned address since 5yrs with his family i.e. maternal uncle- Ahmed Ali Sheikh, aged 35 years, aunty Afrin Bano, aged 29 years, maternal grandfather- Md Hanif Sheikh, aged 80 years and uncle’s three children . The Complainant and his uncle are doing private jobs, out of said income, the livelihood is being earned for the family.
The Complainant purchased second hand hero company impulse motor cycle (MH-01 CS-5155) for his personal use abput 3 yrs ago. The Complainant used to park it on the side of the road under his abovementioned residential building. The Complainant’s friend named- Mohd Kashif Abdul Wahab Khan, aged 26 years , has a black color Yamaha company RX 135 motor cycle (MH-01 CS-5155). As Mohd, Kashif had to go to Panvel on 18/07/2022, therefore on 16/07/2022 at around 10.00 pm, he had taken the complainant’s Impulse motor cycle from him and handed keys of his Yamaha Rx 135 motorcycle to the complainant. On 17/07/2022 at around 08.00 PM, the complainant took into his possession the Yamaha RX 135 motor cycle belonging to his friend, and then kept it locked and parked on the side of the road opposite to his residence as usual. The Complainant saw said bike at his parking place around 10.30 pm. Then on 18/07/2022 at around 12:00 noon when the complainant left for work, he did not find the above description motor cycle belonging to his friend . Therefore the complainant looked around for it but couldn’t find, Mr Shabbir, a garage mechanic near the complainant’s residence told the complainant that he saw the said motor cycle parked around 12:00 midnight while closing the garage yesterday. The Complainant even asked his friend Mohd Kashif about his motorcycle, who also is unaware of his bike since handing over it .
The Complainant was then convinced that some unknown person(s’) had stolen Motorcycle in his possession, of the following description, thus have came to the police station to file a complaint;

The Complainant confirmed that he will be able to identify the said vehicle from others.
Police Registered the case and took up the investigation The case is being investigated by the Police officer namely Mr. Yogendra Pache.
The Complainant’s statement was recorded in Marathi ( gave copy of the same to him) and it was explained to him in Hindi and he confirmed the same.
