The gist of the Complaint : Translated from Marathi to English on best effort basis.

The Complainant, aged 22 yrs, resides at the above mentioned address since 3 months, with his cousin Mohammed Faiyaz Amiraulla Shaikh, aged 32 years. The Complainant in business of selling bag on roadside at Govandi market, to support his livelihood. The parents are living in native village as mentioned above.

A few days ago the complainant brought his brother Kamre Alam Jameerul Shaikh, age 14 years approx (Date of birth not known) from his native place for education in Madrasah,  his brother is retarded and can’t say his name properly, generally calls himself as Qayamat.

On 25/12/2022 at around 04:00pm, the complainant and his cousin Mohammad Faiyaz along with his brother Kamre Alam Jameerul Shaikh, Came to Agripada for work.    The cousin Mohammad Faiyaz stopped at Kala pani, then the complainant and his brother Kamarealam went to Zhula Maidan at around 04:45 PM, as the complainant wanted to urinate, so he stopped his brother outside the public toilet at the side of Zhula Maidan and went inside to urinate. Soon after the complainant came out after urinating, he did not see his brother Kamare alam. So when the complainant searched around but couldn’t find, thus he informed it to his cousin Mohammad Faiyaz who immediately came to the said place and then they both searched for him together, then from 25/12/2022 to 27/12/2022 the complainant searched for  his brother Kamrealam in Jhula Maidan, Agripada, Nagpada, Govandi and other places but his brother could not be found thus the complainant was convinced that his brother is lured and abducted from his legal custody by unknown person, and thus came to police station to file a complaint on 28/12/20222.  

The description is as follows: Kamre Alam Jameerul Shaikh, 14 years approx (Date of birth not known), Wheatish complexion, slim build, height 4.5 feet approx, black hair, wearing Red shirt full sleeves & white jeans pants, retarded and can speak Bihari language  

Police Registered the case and took up the investigation The case is being investigated by the Police  officer namely Mr. Yogendra Pache.

The Complainant’s statement was recorded in Marathi ( gave copy of the same to him) and it was explained to him in Hindi  and he confirmed the same.
