The gist of the Complaint : Translated from Marathi to English on best effort basis.
The Complainant, aged 50 yrs, resides at the above mentioned address since his birth with his wife gazzhal aged 49 years. Son Matin age 22 years, daughter Tayeba age 17 years and younger son Yasin age 08 years. The Complainant scrap material dealer and the family lives on the income earned from it.
The Complainant for doing his work, always go to Darukhana at 11 am and come back home from work by 10 pm. The Complainant’s daughter Tayeba stays in the house only, due to her lack of focus in studies and she used to be constantly on Instagram social platform via her mobile phone. The Complainant’s daughter Tayeba became close friend with Zayed Baig, aged 17, from last year on the said platform and often goes to meet him. The Complainant’s daughter Tayeba had two times in recent past went to the house of her college friend Uzma in Mumbra, and came home again the next day without informing to the family members . Accordingly family was keeping an eye on her. On 08/07/2022 , The Complainant went out to fetch the goods for Bakri Eid, at around 10 pm his wife called to inform him that , daughter tayeba was not at home and she has written a note. The Complainant immediately came home and read the note written by Tayeba, in which it was written that “I am not going anywhere permanently , just want to go out for some time, will come back , going for mind refreshment, don’t file police complaint, I am tired of present life, tomorrow ther’s Eid, I am not going anywhere and will be back “. After that the complainant and his children searched for her in the surrounding area as well as in the area where she had gone earlier, Also, called her friend zayed and asked him, zayed also said that she did not come at his place, so the complainant went to his house to confirm, but she could not be found, therefore the complainant have come to the police station to file a complaint that his daughter Tayeba Ansari, was abducted from her legal custody by some unknown person. The Complainant gave description of the abducted girl i.e. age 17 years, complexion wheatish, height 5 feet approx, build slim, hair black long, wore brown & black color salwar.
Police Registered the case and took up the investigation The case is being investigated by the Police officer namely Mr. Yogendra Pache.
The Complainant’s statement was recorded in Marathi ( gave copy of the same to him) and it was explained to him in Hindi and he confirmed the same.
