The gist of the Complaint : Translated from Marathi to English on best effort basis.
The Complainant, aged 37 yrs, resides at the above mentioned address since his birth with husband, parents, wife Nazia age 26 years, son Bilal age 6 years . The Complainant is working in swiggy, out of such income livelihood is being earned.
The Complainant and Shahabuddin Shaikh , Tariq Ansari Shaikh and his elder brother Imran Shaikh known each other from quite long time. On 27/06/2022 at around 12.30 PM, the Complainant was sleeping in his room as he was feeling unwell. Around 12.30 pm. loud shouting sound in the area below his residence room was heard so he came down to check the matter .
At that time his acquaintance he saw Tarikh Shaikh and Shahabuddin Dekh , both cousins were beating each other, thus he intervened to settle the quarrel, Imran Sheikh & Tarikh Sheikh came behind from the Complainant and hit the front right side of his head with a stone , due to which complainant fell down bleeding from the head. The people present helped him. The Complainant was then taken to Nair Hospital, Mumbai for medical treatment. After getting better, the Complainant, therefore, came to file a complaint at the police station against accused for beating him and injuring him
Police Registered the case and took up the investigation The case is being investigated by the Police officer namely Mr. Yogendra Pache.
The Complainant’s statement was recorded in Marathi ( gave copy of the same to him) and it was explained to him in Hindi and he confirmed the same.
