The gist of the Complaint : Translated from Marathi to English on best effort basis.

The Complainant, aged 42yrs, resides at the above mentioned address on rental basis since a year, with his family, i.e his wife Nazia age 40 years, daughter Arshi age 15 years, son Rehan age 14 years. The Complainant is working with Sterling Spaces, a builder, and also works part- time at Amazon, out of his income the  livelihood is being earned for the family.

On 03/10/2022, as usual, The Complainant and all his family members had dinner and around 11.30 p.m. it was getting very hot in the house, so they were sleeping with the door of the house partially open. When The Complainant wake up for drinking water at 05:30 a.m. , he did not see his mobile phone kept there, so he searched the house, realized that his  wife’s mobile phone and his money wallet is also missing. So, he woke up his wife and asked her, she went to see the house again, but she couldn’t find mobile phones and wallet. To check his wife opened her purse hanged to the wall, it was found that Rs 10,000, which was kept for paying the house rent, was also missing.

The Complainant was then convinced that some unknown person(s’) had entered his house through the open door and took his used mobile phone, a wallet containing document some money, cash Rs. 10,000 rupees kept in purse has been stolen by someone. The description of the stolen item is as follows.

Police Registered the case and took up the investigation The case is being investigated by the Police  officer namely Mr. Yogendra Pache.

The Complainant’s statement was recorded in Marathi ( gave copy of the same to him) and it was explained to him in Hindi  and he confirmed the same.
