The gist of the Complaint : Translated from Marathi to English on best effort basis.

The Complainant, aged 32, resides at the above mentioned address with his family. The Complainant is Gym trainer, out of said income, the livelihood is being earned for the family. 

In the year 2011, the Complainant purchased Honda Company’s CB Unicorn silver color (MH- 01 BC-9147)  Motorcycle for his personal use . The Complainant used to daily park his said Motorcycle at N M Joshi Rd, at the building where he live.

On December 05, 2022, at around  11.45 hrs, the Complainant parked his Motorcycle as usual opposite his residential building. Then on 06/12/2022 when the Complainant left for his work at around 06.00 hrs and came down at his parking usual place, but he could not find the scooter, thus he searched for it around that area but it was not found.   The Complainant was then convinced that some unknown person(s’) had stolen Motorcycle in his possession, of the following description, thus have came to the police station to file a complaint;

  The Complainant confirmed that he will be able to identify the said vehicle from others.

Police Registered the case and took up the investigation The case is being investigated by the Police  officer namely Mr. Yogendra Pache.

The Complainant’s statement was recorded in Marathi ( gave copy of the same to him) and it was explained to him in Hindi  and he confirmed the same.
