The gist of the Complaint : Translated from Marathi to English on best effort basis.

The Complainant, aged 58yrs, resides alone at the above mentioned address since his birth, presently living with wife Madhuri age 54 years. The Complainant is working as a manager in ventura Trading ( owned by Ishant Nagar) since last 01 at company at Gala No. 406, Vina Killedar Industrial Premises Coop Soc Limited, 10/14 Spice street, Byculla Mumbai, the income earned  from that supports the family livelihood .

The Complainant always come to office at 10:15 am and go home around 07:00 pm. On 07/10/2022 he closed office at 06:45 pm and left home. On 08/10/2022 at 10:40 AM The Complainant came to his work place, and after a while  Mr. Vikas Singh, Manager of society premises came to the office and told that theft has happened in premises offices, so the complainant  went with Mr Vikas Singh to the gallery at the back of the office and saw that the locking bar of the iron shutter at the cabin of owner was broken. The Complainant’s office owner Mr. Ishant Nagar has gone to Mahabaleshwar for work at that time. The Complainant contacted owner Mr. Ishant Nagar and informed him about the incident. As the CCTV cameras are installed in office and office owners checked the footage through his mobile phones for the happenings on 07/10/2022. At around in the evening 07:30 hrs an unknown person was seen entering from the back side of his cabin, after seeing the footage owner contacted the Complainant over phone and informed that he had locked cash amount of Rs.2,55,500/- in the drawer of the right side rack in his cabin and asked to check the safety of the same. At that time, complainant checked all the drawers  but did not find any amount. The Complainant convinced that the cash is stolen from office by dishonestly entering in the office  , therefore have come to the police station to file a complaint against said unknown accused.

Police Registered the case and took up the investigation The case is being investigated by the Police  officer namely Mr. Yogendra Pache.

The Complainant’s statement was recorded in Marathi ( gave copy of the same to him) and it was explained to him in Hindi  and he confirmed the same.
