The gist of the Complaint : Translated from Marathi to English on best effort basis.
The Complainant, aged 53, resides at the above mentioned address since 2yrs with wife Mina age 50 years, son Ruben age 23 years. The Complainant is trading & investing money in Share Market from home , out of said income, the livelihood is being earned for the family.
In the year 2014, the Complainant purchased Motorcycle Hero Honda Activa 110 cc (MH-01 CF-4215), for private use. As there was no parking facility in his above-mentioned residential building, so he used to park the said Motorcycle outside the building compound at B J Road. On 18/06/2022 at 070:30 PM. neatly locked and parked at usual place in front of Ibrahim Residency Building, B. J. road, Jacob Circle, Mumbai. And on next day 19/06/2022 at 11.15 am. When the Complainant went to the place where motor scooter was parked to take it for the household work, he could not find it. Therefore the Complainant searched for said motor scooter in the surrounding area, and at Nagpada Traffic Department, Byculla Traffic Department and also enquired with his relatives, but the said scooter was not found.
The Complainant was then convinced that some unknown person(s’) had stolen Motorcycle in his possession, of the following description, thus have came to the police station to file a complaint;

The Complainant confirmed that he will be able to identify the said vehicle from others.
Police Registered the case and took up the investigation The case is being investigated by the Police officer namely Mr. Yogendra Pache.
The Complainant’s statement was recorded in Marathi ( gave copy of the same to him) and it was explained to him in Hindi and he confirmed the same.
