The gist of the Complaint : Translated from Marathi to English on best effort basis.

The Complainant, aged 42yrs, resides at the above mentioned address, who joined Mumbai Police department in 2003 as Sepoy (Nayak No. 031114), and is presently serving in General duty in Nagpada Transport Division since 2020.     

The Complainant appeared at the Nagpada Transport dept for day duty on July 06, 2022 at 09:00.  According to the order of Nagpada Traffic Department, Mumbai, special operation for appropriate legal action against vehicles and drivers who violate traffic rules was carried. At about 15.35 hours, while Police Sepoy No.032559/ and the Complainant were patrolling in Police Station Precinct near K K raod, Saat Rasta circle, Mumbai,  they saw a  scooter rider was found driving his bike MH-01 CY-3294 in the opposite direction of traffic at high speed negligently and recklessly, endangering the life of himself and others.

Hence the squad stopped the accused and asked about the driver’s license, accused gave his name as Sadik Musa dadan, age 38 years, and address as above . The complainant after informing the accused  about the violation of traffic rules, said vehicle and the driver was taken into custody and brought to Agripada Police Station for filing complaint .

Therefore, The complainant is filing this legal complaint against the accused   for driving the scooter recklessly at high speed against the direction of traffic, endangering his life as well as others.

The Complainant’s statement was recorded in Marathi and it was explained to him in Hindi and he confirmed the same.
