The gist of the Complaint : Translated from Marathi to English on best effort basis.
The Complainant, aged 35yrs, resides at the above mentioned address since 5yrs with One son and two daughters – 1) Abdul Rahim Guntaj Sheikh, age 12 years 2 ) Nagma Khatun Mutaj Sheikh, age- 06 years, 3) Sumaiya Khatun Guntaj Sheikh age 05 years. The Complainant do housework, her income supports their families livelihood. The Complainant’s native village is Simrah District. Madhumani, State Bihar
The Complainant’s son Abdul Rahim Guntaj Shaikh, is studying in Class V in Mumbai Municipal Corporation School, Nana Chowk. The Complainant’s son Abdul Rahim recently left the place where he was staying about 15 days ago and after four days later, he was found at Matunga. On 02/01/2023 around 07.00 pm The Complainant was sitting with her two daughters and when her son Abdul left the place saying that he was going to play with his friends in the Zhula ground. Around 11.00 pm her son did not come back, so she went to Zhula Maidan to see him, she looked for him all over the said Maidan and on the footpaths around, but did not find him there, so she came back to her place of residence. Thereafter from 02/01/2023 to 08/01/2023 she searched for him at Nagpada, Byculla West, Byculla East Railway Station, Hindustani Masjid, Chinchpokali Railway Station, Haji Dawoodi Masjid, Dhobi Ghat, Agripada as well as where he is studying but could not find him. Thus the complainant was convinced that her son is lured and abducted from her legal custody by unknown person, and thus came to police station to file a complaint.
The description of the boy who was abducted from legal custody is as follows: Abdul Rahim Guntaj Shaikh, Age- 12 years , speak hindi, Slim build, dark complexion, height 4 feet, black hair & black eyes , wearing balck tshirt & pant, have 6 fingers on left hand.
Police Registered the case and took up the investigation The case is being investigated by the Police officer namely Mr. Yogendra Pache.
The Complainant’s statement was recorded in Marathi ( gave copy of the same to him) and it was explained to him in Hindi and he confirmed the same.
