The gist of the Complaint : Translated from Marathi to English on best effort basis.
The Complainant, aged 43 yrs, resides at the above mentioned address since 6 yrs with his daughters Sakra age 17 years, Ruzda age 15 years, all are working. The Complainant is employed sewing worker at Bitcon Company Satvali, Vasai Road, Palghar and stay in the room provided by the company and the family lives on the income earned from it.
The Complainant’s brother Sarfraz Shaikh is staying at Madanpura, Nagpada, Mumbai. The Complainant along with his family used to take the girls to his brother’s house for walking around the area and shopping of clothes. I am today at 03.30 pm. The Complainant and her daughters came from Vasai to buy clothes at Fancy Market, Morelad Road, Agripada Mumbai on 26th June 2022. They arrived around 15.30 hrs. to Mumbai Central Railway Station and reached Fancy Market, Morelad Road, Agripada Mumbai via Maulana Azad Road. While the Complainant was shopping for clothes in the said area, she did not see her daughter Rujda there. Therefore they searched all over the fancy market for her but couldn’t find her anywhere, thus they went to her uncle Sarfaraz Sheikh house in Madanpura and inquired but her daughter was not found there either. The Complainant again searched for her daughter in the fancy market area with her brother. But as she was not found, they have come to the police station to file a complaint that her daughter Rujda Khatun Rohul Haq Shaikh, age-15, was abducted from her legal custody by some unknown person. The Complainant gave description of the abducted girl i.e. age 15 years, complexion fair, height 4.5 feet approx, build slim, hair black long, wore pink color chudidar, red sandals on feet.
Police Registered the case and took up the investigation The case is being investigated by the Police officer namely Mr. Yogendra Pache.
The Complainant’s statement was recorded in Marathi ( gave copy of the same to him) and it was explained to him in Hindi and he confirmed the same.
