The gist of the Complaint : Translated from Marathi to English on best effort basis.

The Complainant, aged 38yrs, resides alone at the above mentioned address since 18 yrs, presently living with wife Sulochana Yadav aged 32 years, two sons and one daughter . The Complainant in in bag making business, the income received from same supports the family livelihood .

The Complainant is running bag making factory since year 2008 at  02, Mala No. 714 & 744, 1st Floor, Dagdi Chawl, B. R. Jagtap Marg, Byculla West, Mumbai , where at present he have total 10 workers working and his factory opening time is 10.00 am and closing  at 10.00 pm. The workers are staying in that factory itself . On 01/12/2021 the Complainant went to his native village Madhavapati, State Bihar for his domestic work. on 04/12/2021 his brother Virender Yadav who was present in the factory called him and told that, 32 Bag sets have been stolen from the factory but as there is important work in the village, the Complainant said that he cannot leave that work and come to Mumbai, and stayed to complete the work, back on 22/12/2021. the Complainant got his call that 32 more bag sets were stolen from the factory, thus the Complainant asked him to go to the police station to file a complaint, but as his brother did not know the exact prices of the said bags, he could not come to the police station. Then again on 30/06/2022 the Complainant got a call that another 110 school bugs were stolen, this time the Complainant told him that his train ticket is on 01/07/2022. When he reach there , he will check . When he  arrived and checked  in the factory  C.C.T.V footage, it is seen that a one unknown person comes early in the morning and takes a set of bags and school bags.

 The Complainant  therefore have come to the police station to file a complaint against said unknown accused who stole the above items from his shop.

Police Registered the case and took up the investigation The case is being investigated by the Police  officer namely Mr. Yogendra Pache.

The Complainant’s statement was recorded in Marathi ( gave copy of the same to him) and it was explained to him in Hindi  and he confirmed the same.
