The gist of the Complaint : Translated from Marathi to English on best effort basis.
The Complainant, aged 69, resides at the above mentioned address since his birth, with his family, i.e his wife Rukhsana age 66 years, Son Gufran age 26 years . The Complainant’s wife used to work at Nair Hospital, for her service she receives a pension, out of the said Pension the livelihood is being earned for the family.
The Complainant buy gas cylinder of HP company from Anand Gas Service and his consumer no. is 616091. The Complainant’s house is apprx 11 x 17 feet. As the house is small, the Complainant keeps his gas cylinder outside the house. On 13.08.2022 The Complainant had asked for a new gas cylinder as the gas cylinder in the house about finish. The said new cylinder was supplied to him by the gas agency on 14.08.2022. The Complainant kept this filled cylinder outside the house as there was no space in the house. All members of the house fell asleep at around 11.00 pm. On the next day at 08.30 am, when the Complainant woke up and got out of his house gas cylinder was not found at that place. Also the Complainant’s neighbor Rizwan Md. Umar Ansari , living at chawl no. 3, 1st Floor, Room no 1., who usually buys Bharat Petroleum Company gas cylinder from Dyna Gas agency having consumer no. 53797 who also keep their gas cylinders outside their house, found his cylinder missing.
Therefore the Complainant was convinced that his and neighbor Rizwan’s gas cylinder of the following description was stolen , thus have came to the police station to file a complaint that

Police Registered the case and took up the investigation The case is being investigated by the Police officer namely Mr. Yogendra Pache.
The Complainant’s statement was recorded in Marathi ( gave copy of the same to him) and it was explained to him in Hindi and he confirmed the same.
