The gist of the Complaint : Translated from Marathi to English on best effort basis.
The Complainant, aged 19yrs, resides at the above mentioned address since her birth, with her mother Dipashree age 48 years, father Kiran, age 53 years. The Complainant is pursuing MBBS in B L Nair hospital since a year. The Complainant’s parents are in private employment , Out of their earnings, the livelihood for the family is earned.
The Complainant had bought a Purple color i-Phone 12 Pro 128GB on 23/05/2021 for her personal use ,
On 24/06/2022 , The Complainant was at promotioal Event of hospital, at Nair College Building, Ground Floor BCR at around 11:00 AM. At that time the complainant had kept said mobile in the apron she wore, and when around 11.30 pm she looked for her mobile to see the time I, it was not there , therefore she checked both the pockets of her apron and also searched nearby places but could not find her mobile.
The Complainant was then convinced that some unknown person(s’) had stolen her mobile,. The description of the stolen item is as follows.

Police Registered the case and took up the investigation The case is being investigated by the Police officer namely Mr. Yogendra Pache.
The Complainant’s statement was recorded in Marathi ( gave copy of the same to him) and it was explained to him in Hindi and he confirmed the same.
