The gist of the Complaint : Translated from Marathi to English on best effort basis.
The Complainant, aged 30 yrs, resides at the above mentioned address since 11 yrs, with husband Shri Manoj Jaiswal, age 40 years, son Nitin age 18 years, daughter Ragini age 16 years, daughter Paridhi age 7 years, son Dipansh age 5 years. The Complainant’s husband has had two marriages and her sister Aarti Jaiswal is her husband’s first wife , Nitin and Ragini are her sister’s children. The Complainant’s sister Aarti Manoj Jaiswal passed away in an accident in 2010. The Complainant’s husband has a stall in front of Byculla railway station selling Newspaper , his income supports their families livelihood.
The Complainant’s daughter Ragini has completed her 10th standard from Jalbhai Dorabji Bharda High School, Grant Road, Mumbai in the year 2010. On 04/12/22 at 10:45 AM. The Complainant’s was giving bath to small kids. At that time, her daughter Ragini was talking on the mobile (no.8850137680) in the house. So, when The Complainant asked her who she was talking to, she gave a vague answer. Ragini requested The Complainant not to tell her father about the matter so The Complainant did not tell such thing to anyone. After that The Complainant’s at 8:00 PM. went with her daughter Ragini to eat Panipuri at Saat rasta Circle, Mumbai. At that time, after eating panipuri, Ragini left towards Mahalakshmi station saying that she will come back after having chips. The Complainant waited for her , for some time but her daughter Ragini did not come back. So she searched for Ragini in the surrounding area but could not find her thus the complainant was convinced that her daughter is lured and abducted from her legal custody by unknown person, and thus came to police station to file a complaint.
The description of the boy who was abducted from legal custody is as follows: Ragini Manoj Jaiswal, Age 16 Years , speak hindi & English, Slim build, medium fair complexion, height 4 feet, black hair & black eyes , wearing navy blue color top n leggings
Police Registered the case and took up the investigation The case is being investigated by the Police officer namely Mr. Yogendra Pache.
The Complainant’s statement was recorded in Marathi ( gave copy of the same to him) and it was explained to him in Hindi and he confirmed the same.
