The gist of the Complaint : Translated from Marathi to English on best effort basis.
The Complainant, aged 22yrs, resides at the above mentioned address, as she is studying MBBS since 2019 at the said place. The Complainant’s is staying at Chennai since her birth with family family, i.e. father – Meher Prasad, age 61 years, mother – Suguna, age 56 years, brother – Achintya, age 20 years . Out of the earnings of the Complainant, the livelihood for the family is earned.
The Complainant is architect , and work for the company namely ‘Mumbai Architecture Pvt. Ltd”. The office of this company is at 561/63, N. M. Joshi Marg, Near S Bridge, Byculla (W), Mumba-11. The Complainant manage the company’s operations in Chennai and occasionally visit the company’s representative office in Mumbai, on her visit to Mumbai she stay in the company’s flat located at Mumbai office. A total of 13 employees work in the said office.
The Complainant bought a silver color i-Phone 13 Pro in the year 2022 for the company’s work , in the name of female employee in the said office Ms. Tripti takke. As the said mobile phone was used for company’s work only for making projects with the help of WiFi, there was no SIM card inserted in it. Ms Aki Hanada who came from Japan for internship in the company, was using said mobile and after using she used to kept it in her desk’s drawer. The Complainant came to Mumbai from Chennai on 03/07/2022 in the evening and when she visited the company Mumbai office on 04/07/2022 at around 11:30 AM, intern Ms. Aki Hanada stated that the company- owned above said mobile phone , which she kept in her desk drawer was not found. Ms Aki Hanada said that on 01/07/2022 at around 7:00 PM, she kept the said mobile in her table drawer and that she was on leave, as on 02/07/2022 and that as on 03/07/2022 office was closed as it was day of weekly holiday i.e Sunday. After coming to the office on Monday 04/07/2022 at 09:00 am , she could not find the said mobile kept in her desk’s drawer. The Complainant thus asked all the employees working in the office about said mobile, the employee name- Mohammad Minarul Haq, said that he saw the said mobile on the table on Saturday 02/07/2022 at around 08:00 AM. , beside him no one else gave any clue.
The Complainant was then convinced that some unknown person(s’) had stolen her mobile,. The description of the stolen item is as follows.

Police Registered the case and took up the investigation The case is being investigated by the Police officer namely Mr. Yogendra Pache.
The Complainant’s statement was recorded in Marathi ( gave copy of the same to him) and it was explained to him in Hindi and he confirmed the same.
