The gist of the Complaint : Translated from Marathi to English on best effort basis.
The Complainant, aged 49, resides at the above mentioned address since 3yrs with his family. The Complainant has shop named as “B.A.SONS” , carries business of selling Rexine cloth for making of backpacks carrybag etc at SHOP NO 11, STONE BUILDING, B. J. Road, Byculla West, Mumbai, out of said income, the livelihood is being earned for the family.
In the year 2014, the Complainant purchased one Hero Honda Activa Motorcycle/Scooter (MH-01 BQ-0686 ) in grey color for his daily use from his own income. The Complainant used to daily use his Activa Motorcycle for going to his shop.
On 21/12/2022, as usual, the Complainant came to his shop around 11.00 am and around 02.00 pm went to his home to have lunch and returned to the shop at 03.00 pm., and then parked said vehicle opp. Rupkala Jewellers, Stone Building, B. J. Road, Byculla West, Mumbai The Complainant left the shop at 08:00 pm for the purpose his private work , and went to parking place at Rupkala Jewellers, but did not see his parked scooter. As he thought someone had moved the scooter thus he looked around but could not find it. Then next day the Complainant searched at Nagpada Traffic Police dept and Byculla West area but could not find it
The Complainant was then convinced that some unknown person(s’) had stolen Motorcycle in his possession, of the following description, thus have came to the police station to file a complaint;

The Complainant confirmed that he will be able to identify the said vehicle from others.
Police Registered the case and took up the investigation. The case is being investigated by the Police officer namely Mr. Yogendra Pache.
The Complainant’s statement was recorded in Marathi ( gave copy of the same to him) and it was explained to him in Hindi and he confirmed the same.
