The gist of the Complaint : Translated from Marathi to English on best effort basis.
The Complainant, aged 47 yrs, resides at the above mentioned address with wife Farzana Siddiqui, age 40 years, and four children- 1) Sadiq Hussain, age 20 years, 2) Shadab Hussain, age 18 years, 3) Sahib Hussain, age- 16 years 4) Joheb Hussain, aged 13 years. The Complainant work as a salesman at Shin Medical, Agripada , his income supports their families livelihood. The Complainant’s native village is Sahab Ganj, house no. 294, Station Road, Gonda, Uttar Pradesh
The Complainant’s son Sahib Hussain Zakir Siddiqui, Age- 16 years (Born on 02/07/2006) is studying in class 10 at Maulana Azad School, Mominpura, Agripada. Also he availed tuition facility in the school itself and his tuition time is from 07:30 PM to 10:00 PM. On 02/01/2023 at around 08.30 PM his son Sahib Hussain came to the medical where the complainant was working and told him that he wanted to pay his monthly tuition fee, so the complainant gave him the monthly tuition fee of Rs. 1000/- after that his son left saying that he was going for tuition. At around 10.30 pm, Sahib Hussain’s tuition teacher named Iman Ansari came to the medical and asked why the complainant have not sent Sahib for tuition. the complainant told that he had sent Sahib with the tuition fees, but tuition teacher told that he did not come for tuition. After that the complainant went to search him at their residential area as he was not found , he looked for him in Jhula Maidan, Agripada, Nagpada, Mazgaon and other places but could not find him. Thus the complainant was convinced that his son is lured and abducted from his legal custody by unknown person, and thus came to police station to file a complaint.
The description of the boy who was abducted from legal custody is as follows: Sahib Hussain Zakir Siddiqui, Age- 16 years , speak hindi & urdu, Slim build, fair complexion, height 5 feet, black hair & black eyes , wearing white full sleeves hoody, sky blue pant, school bag
Police Registered the case and took up the investigation The case is being investigated by the Police officer namely Mr. Yogendra Pache.
The Complainant’s statement was recorded in Marathi ( gave copy of the same to him) and it was explained to him in Hindi and he confirmed the same.
