Mr. Raj Shivanand Gupta, Age 25 Years, Occupation- Selling Coconut Water, Reg. Room No 12, Samarth Nagar, Narayan Prasad Kripa Shankar Singh Chawl, Jogeshwari East Mumbai 400060 Mo.No.9632467663.
I am as above and have been living with my family for one and a half years at the above-mentioned address. My family and I live on the income I get from selling coconuts. Me and my wife Mrs. Sneha Gupta, 24 years of age, both of us were traveling near Bandstand, Bandra West, Mumbai on Suzuki Access Scooty.
On 31/12/2023 at around 09:00 PM, MH 02 FM 7431 was traveling from Bandra West Mumbai over Reclamation U Bridge. At that time a red coloured Maruti of Wagon R Car no. MH 04 HN 3361 came at high speed and rammed my Scooty from behind. So both me and my wife Sneha fell down on the road with Scooty.
My wife got injured on her arm, leg and waist. Also the rear and front side of my scooter was damaged. Also we stopped the Mo/car driver who caused us an accident. After that I brought the said car driver to Bandra police station. After coming to the police station, when the police asked individul, who was driving the wagon, his name and address, he said the following.

I have taken my wife’s medical treatment at Bhabha Hospital after handing over the driver to the police. After treatment I have come to police station to file a complaint about the incident with my wife.
Therefore, on 31/12/2023 at around 210:00 hours, I along with my wife were on Scooty no. MH 02 FM 7431 on Reclamation U Bridge from Bandra West Mumbai, where hit by Maruti Wagon R Car No MH 04 HN 3361 driven by one Mohd Saleem Raza Islam Shaikh, aged 24 years as he was over speeding the car in his possession, thereby caused injury to us and damage to our vehicle, the said Mo/Car no. MH 04 HN 3361 I have a legal complaint against the driver.
