Satara, currently Sriram Residence, Flat no. 302, Sainik Colony-2, Survey no. 83/1, Dighi, Pune. Mo.No.7083697817, 9766483766

Name and address of accused Imran Taj Shaikh, age 31 years, residing at street no. 5, Ashraf Nagar, Kondhwa B. Pune.

Time and Place of Occurrence of Crime:  On 26/07/2023 at around 18:45 hrs. in the morning at Alandi Bus Stop near Tukaram Sheth Shinde Bus Car Park, Pune.

Details of Goods Recovered:

1) Blue-colored Oppo F-11 company mobile of the Complainant

2) Sky blue colored Vivo mobile phone.

3) Navy Blue Color Realme Company Mobile.

4) Peacock-colored Oppo mobile phone.

5) Blue color mobile of Techno Spark company.

Details of Good Not recovered:

10,000/- blue color OPPO F-11 of the company and its model no. His mobile handset is CPH1911 with its IMEI no. 1) 868632044956739, 2) 868632044956721. It contained SIM cards of Idea Company and Airtel Company, and its number is 7083697817 and 9156831538.

I, Dipali Dilip Ghorpade, Age 25 Years, Occupation: Job (Scan IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Pune Station), Residing- M.P.O. Hasewadi, Ta- Koregaon, District Satara, Presently Triram Niwas, Flat no. 302, Sainik Colony-2, Survey No. 83/1, Dighi, Pune Mobile No. 7083697817, 9766483766, hereby appearing before Bund Garden Police Station, Pune City, say that I am as above is an employee of Scan IT Solutions Pvt., next to Raja Bahadur Mills. Ltd. I joined the job in November 2022 and my job timing is 10:00 AM. to 18:00 hrs.

Today on 26/07/2023, as usual, I came to the office at 10:00 hrs. at my office as mentioned above and was working till 18:00 hrs in the evening. At around 18:30 hrs., I left my workplace after finishing my work walking towards Alandi bus stop opposite Tukaram Sheth Shinde station at Pune Station to go to my residence at Dighi as above and I was waiting for the bus to arrive. Thereafter, at around 18:45 hrs. Alandi Bus (number 151) arrived. At that time, while I was boarding the bus, an individual came, and I placed my Oppo F-11 mobile phone in my right pocket.

Then while I was getting up, a stranger came next to me and touched my pocket as if he was trying to get into the Bus and when I got up, he got down pretending to get up and but instead started leaving the bus.

After that, I immediately realized that my mobile was stolen by the one who tried to climb next to me and suspected the said unknown individual had stolen my mobile phone, after which I immediately got down from the Bus and started following the unknown individual. The said person started going towards Sassoon Hospital and I followed him and then I saw the police coming from the front. I called the police and said that I suspected that my mobile phone had been stolen and pointed his finger at Isma. Iman Taj Shaikh, Age- 31 Years, Residing- Gali No. 5. A Nagar, Kondhwa B. Pune. Then the Police brought Imran Shaikh to Pune Station Police.

After that, the Police called two individual Panch (Witness) and named the said suspect. During the body search of Imran Taj Sheikh, I found one mobile phone, F-11 of Oppo Company and 04 other mobiles, and 05 mobiles. The said mobile phone was seized by the police before two witnesses. The description of my stolen mobile phone is as follows:

1.10,000/- blue color Oppo F-11 of the company and its model no. A mobile handset named Sopap has its IMEI no. 1) 868632044956739, 2) 868632044956721 SIM cards of Idea Company and Airtel Company.

   Its numbers are 7083697817 and 9156831538.

Total Price Rs. 10,000/-.

Therefore, on 26/07/2023 at around 18:45 hrs, I was leaving to go to Dighi, and therefore, I went to Tukaram sheth Vehicle Stand to catch a bus from Alandi bus stop to board Alandi (number 151) Bus. In that Bus, while boarding, an individual named Iman Taj Shaikh, aged 31 years residing at Galli No. 5, Ashraf,  Kondhwa, Pune, stole from my pocket a blue colored Oppo F-11 mobile handset bearing No: CPH1911 from my pocket with fraudulent intent for his own financial gain without my consent.

Therefore, I have a legal complaint against Imran Taj Shaikh, 31 Years, residing at- Street no. 3. Ashraf Nagar, Kotwa, Pune.
