Arvind Dubey S/o Late Shiv Ram Dubey, RIo- H. N. 175, Viii- Tandva Biku, Post- Bilawan, PS- Ajitmal, Distt- Auraiya, UP-206121 alleging therein demand of undue advantage of Rs. 50,000/- by Sh. Vineet Mishra, Enforcement Officer, EPFO, Sarvodaya Nagar, Kanpur for closing the action u/s 7, initiated by EPFO against the firm of complainant i.e. MIs Ganpati Constructions having registered office at Kakrahi Bazar, Dibiyapur, Distt- Auraiya, UP (PF code 29036). The said complaint was discreetly verified which prima-facie discloses commission of offence u/s 7 of PC Act 1988 (as amended in 2018) on the part of Sh. Vineet Mishra, Enforcement Officer, EPFO, Sarvodaya Nagar, Kanpur. The complaint is re-produced and enclosed herewith.
