The gist of the Complaint: Translated from Marathi to English on best effort basis.
The Complainant, aged 36 years, resides at the above-mentioned address since birth with his family i.e. his wife Neha age- 24 years, mother Kamal age- 47 years, and father Sudhakar age- 63 years. The Complainant is an employee of Parmar Group of Companies, Kandivali East as a site engineer posted at Mumbai and his father works as a watchman, their family lives on the income from it.
On 22/01/2023, the Complainant and his mother visited their in-laws at Ulhasnagar for ceremony on the occasion of the fifth day after the birth of his daughter. On 23/01/2023, we came back home at night around 00.30 PM. Before sleeping Complainant’s mother took out all her jewelry and put it in a purse and put that purse on the top floor and both parents slept on the top floor, Whereas the complainant had dinner around 01.30 am. and fell asleep inadvertently keeping the door partially open around 10:00 am. Before going to sleep, the complainant also kept his gold chain, gold locket, and a gold ring on the table with his mobile on the bed.
On 23/01/23 at 05.45 am. when the complainant woke up, he found the door wide open, and his mobile phone and above-mentioned gold items were not found where they were kept. Complainant’s Mother also realized that her wallet with cash, two mobile phones, and jewelry is missing. the complainant searched everywhere in between but couldn’t find anything. Therefore, the Complainant was convinced that someone entered through an open door and stole three mobile phones, cash, and gold chain of the following description with fraudulent intent. Police Registered the case and took up the investigation The case is being investigated by the Police officer namely Mr. Raju Korde. The Complainant’s statement was recorded in Marathi and it was explained to him in Hindi and he confirmed the same.
