The gist of the Complaint: Translated from Marathi to English on best effort basis.

The Complainant, aged 36 years, resides at the above-mentioned address in since birth with his family i.e. wife Rani age- 34 years, 03 daughters, and 01 sons. The Complainant is in the business of selling vegetables and the income from it supports his family.  The Complainant has at Damu Nagar, Last Bus Stop, where he daily goes at 7:00 am and comes home around 10.00 pm.

On 19/01/2023 the Complainant’s sister Mrs. Neelam Gupta came to stay with her two children for a religious puja. On 20/01/2023 the Complainant sold vegetables as usual at Came home at 11.00 pm. And around 12.00 pm in night after having dinner all the family members fell asleep.  At about 04.30 AM on 21/01/2023. the Complainant’s sister took her child to the bathroom and again went to sleep but without closing the door after coming back from Toilet. After that at 06.20 am. the Complainant got up as usual for going to work, he couldn’t find his mobile of the following description, which he kept on charging after sleeping at night. Thus the Complainant woke up his wife and sister and first searched the entire room but could not find all their respective mobile of the following description. Then they realized even the gold chains kept on table were also missing. After that the Complainant tried to contact both the mobile phones and found that both the phones are switched off. Therefore, the Complainant was convinced that someone entered through an open door and stole three mobile phones and gold chain of the following description with fraudulent intent.
