The Complainant (aged 26 years) resides at the abovementioned address above address since the last 1 year with his parents and sister. The Complainant working as a manager at HDFC Bank, Lower Parel Mumbai, and the family’s livelihood is dependent upon the earnings of the same.
On 22/01/2023, that day was a bank holiday. The Complainant and his sister’s husband Sachin Laxmilal Jain (age-31 years) went to roam at National park, Borivali, Mumbai on the Complainant’s Revolt electric motorbike bearing registration number, No.MH-47-BE-4367, around 12.00 to 12.30 noon, while going home on our bike along the Western Express Way, when we reached in front of Sai Dham temple, Kandivali east, Mumbai, a white color motor car (Innova Crysta, MH-47-W-2002) i.e. the offending vehicle being driven by an unknown person in rash and negligent manner at a high speed, came and hit us from behind, due to which the Complainant and his sister’s husband fell off the bike. The accused driver of the offending vehicle ran away without offering any help to us.
The co-travelers and passerby removed us to the nearby clinic of Dr. Sakshi Sharma for first aid, thereafter we moved to Shatabdi Hospital, after screening the injuries, the doctor diagnosed that the Complainant’s right arm was fractured near the elbow and that the shoulder was scratched, whereas his relative and friend Mr. Sachin got a minor injury on his right arm and legs.
Therefore, the complainant is filing this legal complaint against the unknown person driving the offending vehicle for the offense.
