The gist of the Complaint: Translated from Marathi to English on best effort basis.

The Complainant, aged 35, resides at the above-mentioned address for 16 years with his family. The Complainant is in the employment of a private firm, and out of the said job salary livelihood is being earned for the family.   The said Autorickshaw is owned by the Shri Omprakash Mahabal Singh, aged 56 years, R/o 601, Tulip Building, Gaurav Valli Complex, Mira Road East.

On 24/01/2023 around 06.15 PM, the Complainant was waiting to catch a bus from Mahindra Bus Stop, Samta Nagar Kandivali East to go home (Dadar), as the bus stop was heavily crowded at that time so the Complainant kept her phone in the bag. After some time the bus came and while boarding the bus when the Complainant checked her bag she could not find her mobile phone, so she inquired/searched around for the mobile phone at the bus stop but she could not find her mobile phone.  The Complainant was then convinced that her Mobile phone of the following description was stolen by some unknown person with fraudulent intent;

Police Registered the case and took up the investigation The case is being investigated by the Police officer namely Mr. Atul Landge.

The Complainant’s statement was recorded in Marathi and it was explained to him in Hindi and he confirmed the same.
