The gist of the Complaint : Translated from Marathi to English on best effort basis.
The Complainant, aged 47, resides at the above-mentioned address in since 25 years with his son i.e. Mr.Durgacharan age- 26 years. The Complainant serves as house servant in locality and her son is a delivery boy at a local Blue dart courier office, the income from it supports her family. The Complainant goes for work around 12 noon and returns back at around 3.00 pm, whereas her son daily goes at 7:00 am and comes home around 10.00 pm.
On 28/01/2023 The Complainant’s son left home as usual at 07:00 am, then she also left the house at around 12.00 noon by properly closing and locking the house. At around 03:00 pm, the Complainant returned and found the door lock broken, when she entered inside, the tube light was on, the clothes lying here and there, the Complainant immediately called her son and told him the all facts. the Complainant’s son came home at approx. 04.00 pm. Both searched the entire room, and it was realized gold ornaments, chit fund cash in Indian currency Rs. 1,80,000/- kept in the small locker inside the cupboard were missing.
Therefore, the Complainant was convinced that someone broke the lock of the door and stole cash and gold ornaments of the following description with fraudulent intent.
